How to open Ports: The ports must be opened in 2 sections:
On your Internet Router Firewall
On your Computer Firewall
Note: The port range is from 31400 to 31409
1. On your Internet Router Firewall You must find "Port Forwarding" on your router and enable ports from 31400 to 31409. Here is an Example:
Use Command Prompt to find your IP address:
Click Start, Type cmd, right click on Command Prompt and Run as Administrator to open it.
Type ipconfig and press Enter.
On the Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi section:
Look for Default Gateway under your network adapter for your router's IP Address(connectaddress).
Look for IPv4 Address under the same adapter for your computer's IP Address(listenaddress).
PORT FORWARDING IN WINDOWS Now type this command, to insert both your listenaddress and connectaddress: netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenaddress=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx listenport=31400 connectaddress=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx connectport=31400 and press Enter. Repeat this for each port, from 31401 to 31409. After insetting all ports type this in command line to be sure all ports has listed: netsh interface portproxy show all and press Enter. If you see the following list, it means you have successfully listed your ports!
2. On your Computer Firewall This how you must open ports on your computer:
Go to Control Panel, System and Security, Windows Firewall.
Select Advanced settings, choose Inbound Rules in left pane.
Right click Inbound Rules, select New Rule.
Select Port.
Add TCP, "31400-31409" and click Next.
Select Allow the connection in next window, choose Next.
